Wash your face twice a day:
Washing your face twice a day is an essential step in skin care. Use a gentle cleanser and warm water to remove dirt, sweat, and excess oil from the skin. Don’t forget to pat your face dry with a clean towel. Cleansed skin is less likely to break out and feels refreshed.

Always wear sunscreen:
Don’t forget to apply sunscreen even when playing outside or going out on a cloudy day. Sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV rays that can cause sunburn and damage your skin in the long run. Use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and apply liberally to your face and other exposed areas.

Drink a lot of water:
Drinking enough water is not only good for your body, but also for your skin. Staying hydrated keeps your skin hydrated and looks firm and healthy. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day to keep your skin radiant.

Do not touch your face:
